Telamanus

— The studio

A home for software that earns its keep.

Telamanus is an independent studio. Rather than betting everything on a single product, it’s the home under which a family of software can be built, launched, and looked after — some of it made for professionals, some of it made just for fun, all of it held to the same standard.

It’s founder-led and deliberately small. That’s not a limitation to grow out of; it’s the design. Small means decisions stay close to the work, and the only thing worth optimising for is whether the software is genuinely good.

The name comes from Telamon — one of the Argonauts of Greek myth, remembered for showing up and doing the work without needing the spotlight. In architecture, a telamon is the carved pillar that quietly holds a structure up. Both feel about right.

One bar, everywhere

A tiny weekend app and a serious business tool get the same care. Consistency of standard is the whole point of an umbrella.

Small on purpose

Staying independent keeps decisions honest. We answer to the people who use the software, and to the work itself.

Patience over pace

We'd rather ship one thing that lasts a decade than ten that chase a quarter. Compounding beats sprinting.
